Root Cause Therapy is an emotion-focused modality using applied kinesiology, guided meditation, life regression techniques, somatic (body) awareness and future projection to get to the root cause of our limiting beliefs that are ruling our thought processes and behaviors. With this unique modality even one session can have a profound impact!

And often we continue to create similar experiences over and over despite our greatest efforts. In short; our limiting beliefs about ourselves and the world are the “root cause” of this looping.

How Does It Work?

RCT is a miraculous technique that targets the “traumatic imprints” (AKA unprocessed emotions) that are at the core of how we carry ourselves through the world. By freeing these emotions from our body and our unconscious mind there is far less interference to living more authentically.

The Steps of The Approach:

  • Identify our current emotional state.

  • Assess limiting beliefs using applied kinesiology.

  • Access experiences that created these limiting beliefs via life regression (under very lite hypnotherapy).

  • Process the trapped emotions that are governing our behaviors.

  • Connect to a higher wisdom of these events, thus releasing their negative impact.

What is Root Cause Therapy?

My sessions are a blend meditation, somatic awareness, modern psychology and shamanic wisdom, releasing limiting beliefs and bringing the body, mind & soul into more harmony.

Root Cause Therapy helped me discover repressed memories and heal wounds that I didn't even know that I had, memories that even psychedelics didn’t touch. The processing of these emotions revealed a sense of peace I had never known.


The power of this Root Cause Therapy method lies in the way that it works on all levels of our minds. The conscious mind, the pre-conscious mind and unconscious mind. In a way it is similar to psychedelic assisted therapy in that both access below the conscious mind giving us a deeper self-awareness and connection to the source within.

One of the benefits of RCT is that of course there is no crazy psychedelic journey! We also use a “testing sheet” which helps to track progress over the sessions. While you can use this therapy many times, you can experience significant results in simply one session.

If you have worked with Iboga and received a guided journey, then you have already experienced something similar to this method. RTC of course is done without medicine but I also use elements of RTC during private or small group Iboga treatments.

Of all of the modalities that I have received and given this is by far one of the most effective and least intimidating.

Since 2010 I have been on a deep and winding journey of self-discovery. I have explored many modalities from EMDR, talk therapy, soul coaching, EFT, breathwork, Akashic records clearings, meditation, and several types of psychedelics etc. All have assisted in chipping away at the armor encasing my true self. Root Cause Therapy is the most cathartic (and least intimidating) method I have encountered with respect to what you can receive in simply a single two hour session.
